Because we supply the cells ourselves, we can enforce 100% individual capacity sorting as a condition of our own materials entering the line — not as a request to a third-party, but as a procurement requirement. PCB Inspection & Material Qualification
Every protection circuit board we supply to assembly partners is qualified through our incoming inspection protocol before it enters production. We source PCBs to our own electrical specifications and validate each batch for alignment tolerances and component integrity — so defects are caught in materials, not in finished-product returns.
Assembly Standards & Structural Validation
Our assembly specifications require semi-automated laser welding on all nickel tab connections — a standard we enforce because we own the material inputs and set the production requirements.
