If defective within 1%, we will replace batteries directly without any returns! but need photos/screen shots or videos for these batteries, we need save in our system and manage replacements. Normally we will send replacement with your next order.

If Rate over 1%, we need get defective batteries back then replace. Your company pay the return shipping cost to china in advance, once we get defective batteries we will test and find out where is the issues, once we confirm the quality issue is from our side, we will refund all cost for these batteries including shipping cost. Of course we will solve the quality issue!

Q2.What is your payment item and method?

We accept Paypal/T.T./Western Union/Bank Transfer

For OEM batteries 50% payment in advance, 50% before shipping.

For Rest normal batteries, 30% payment in advance, 70% before shipping.
